Scott spent 10 years as an event promoter in New York City before leaving to volunteer on a hospital
ship off the coast of Liberia, Africa as a volunteer photojournalist. Returning home to New York City
two years later, he founded the non-profit organization charity: water. Turning his full attention to the
global water crisis and the one billion people without clean water to drink, he created innovative
public installations and unique online fundraising platforms to spread international awareness of the
issue. In five years, with the help of more than 200,000 donors worldwide, charity: water has funded
more than 4,000 water projects in 19 developing nations. Those projects will provide over 2 million
people with clean, safe drinking water.

Grady Burnett is the Vice President of Global Marketing Solutions at Facebook. He is responsible for global sales, account management and customer service for Facebook Ads. In this role Grady also serves as a cross-functional leader who guides product and marketing priorities for Facebook’s advertising products. Prior to joining Facebook, Grady served as the Director of Online Sales and Operations for Google’s AdWords team in North America. He launched their Ann Arbor, MI office and oversaw their relationships with Advertising agencies, search engine marketers and resellers. Prior to joining Google, Grady worked at DoubleClick, Inc., where he was Vice President of Agency Sales. In addition to his career in advertising and management, Grady was a professional tennis player for 3 years. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and has a MBA from the Harvard Business School. |

Andy Sernovitz teaches word of mouth marketing and social media. He is the author of Word of Mouth Marketing: How Smart Companies Get People Talking. He leads SocialMedia.org, the community for social media leaders at the world's greatest brands, and WordofMouth.org, where marketers and entrepreneurs learn to be great at word of mouth marketing. Andy taught word of mouth marketing at
Northwestern University and internet entrepreneurship at the Wharton School of Business, ran a business
incubator, and started half a dozen companies. He created the Word of Mouth Marketing Association and

April Mullen has an extensive digital marketing background that includes more than five years of email marketing experience. She currently leads the strategy and implementation of all email marketing efforts
for Scottrade, Inc., a nationwide branch-supported online investment and stock trading company headquartered in St. Louis, MO. Prior to her current position in financial services marketing, April worked in an e-commerce marketing role for a catalog and retail firm. She is an active member of the Direct Marketing Association’s Email Experience Council (eec) and through participation in that organization, recently co-authored a guide on cross-channel marketing. April earned her MBA from Lindenwood
University and her bachelor of arts degree in Art History from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. |

Sandy Martin is the Director of eMarketing for Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group (DTG). In this role, Sandy manages the online marketing, loyalty programs, and marketing strategies of DTG. Sandy has been with
DTG for almost 10 years. During that time, she has implemented a full cross-channel marketing environment focusing on interactive marketing. As a result, email has become the second largest revenue driver in marketing for the company. |

Ted has been in the database marketing industry for more than twenty years with over ten years’ experience in email marketing. His experience includes implementing two major marketing data warehouses and generating over $600 million in product sales directly attributable to his direct mail and email marketing efforts. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President and General Manager for European Operations at Epsilon. Ted has been a Chief Privacy Officer at three organizations and consulted with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission as they crafted the regulations that implemented the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Ted has written extensively on email marketing topics and has spoken at numerous industry trade conferences, including the annual Direct Marketing Association
(DMA) conference, ad:tech, and the National Center for Database Marketing (NCDM). Ted was the recipient of a "Database Marketing Excellence" award by the NCDM. |

Rebecca Stuch is a Team Leader in Integrated Media at Whole Foods Market and is responsible for social and email marketing strategy, and operations as well as user support for store customer
communication systems. Prior to Whole Foods Market, Rebecca held various roles supporting
Marketing, Strategic Services and Operations working with Agilent Technologies, Nortel and First
Union Mortgage. Rebecca holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro
and an MBA in IT Management and e-Commerce from North Carolina State University. |

Dan Springer has been the CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of Responsys since 2004. Previously, Dan was the Managing Director of Modem Media and responsible for general management of the agency's western United States operations. Prior to Modem Media as the CEO of Telleo, Inc., Dan refocused the business from online advertising to business partnerships with leading brands like Taco Bell. Previously, Springer was the Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager for NextCard, where he built the fastest-growing credit card in history. He started his career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company and DRI/McGraw-Hill. Dan holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Occidental College. |

Antonio Casacuberta brings over 20 years of management and executive experience to Responsys. As Chief Product Officer, Antonio drives Responsys' technical vision and leads the next wave of innovation and expansion. He also assumes day-to-day responsibility and management of Responsys' world-class development team. Antonio most recently served as Chief Technology Officer of Infospace, where he led product software development, including the release of award winning search properties such as Dogpile, metacrawler, and Switchboard.com, as well as industry-leading Mobile Search products. Antonio also spent a decade in management positions at Oracle where he planned, staffed and led innovative technology development and implementation projects. Antonio holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Boston University. |
